- Create a music playlist with your top twenty favorite songs. I don’t know about you, but music has a way of transporting, energizing, and healing my soul. One of my favorite ways to use music is to process my emotions. I listen to music when doing household chores, at work, when I’m getting ready in the morning, on the train, even while shopping.

- Make a luxurious body sugar scrub. My favorite recipe is brown sugar, jojoba oil, lavender essential oil, OR lemon juice.

- Revisit an old book. Re-read an oldie, but goodie. Re-reading may lead to new awareness and insights. I love love love reading autobiographies, self-help, and mystery books.

- Learn something new. It takes 21 days to develop a new habit. Commit to a 21-day challenge. I recently bought a stationary bike, and it’s been a game-changer for my body and mind.
